One skill, build to launch. The entire scrollcraft build workflow is now Part 1 of shipcraft (Steps 0-5: interview, grammar and fingerprint gate, feeling curve, assets, page, scroll verification), and the original launch workflow is Part 2 (Steps 6-11: head, share card, conversion, proof, phone, strict audit). Start at Step 0 to build from scratch, or jump to Step 6 to ship an existing page.

Existing scrollcraft workspaces keep working: the SCROLLCRAFT_HOME / .scrollcraft.json / /scrollcraft resolution contract is unchanged, and the pre-merge scrollcraft changelog is preserved in CHANGELOG.md.
