WordPress ERP Preview

A visual walkthrough of a custom ERP management experience built inside the WordPress admin area. The interface brings inventory, orders, customers, barcodes, invoices, and financial reporting together in one workspace, with WooCommerce-connected operations designed for day-to-day store management.

What this project covers

  • At-a-glance business and inventory reporting
  • Product and warehouse stock management
  • Barcode generation and stock-level controls
  • Order review, export, invoicing, and status updates
  • Revenue, cost, refund, shipping, and profit reporting
  • Date-based filtering for operational and financial analysis

ERP Overview Dashboard

The main dashboard provides a concise view of store performance. Summary cards surface order volume, revenue, total products, low-stock items, and total customers for the selected date range. A dedicated low-stock alert helps the operator identify products that need attention without leaving the dashboard.

The revenue chart compares revenue and order activity over time, while tabbed views provide access to hero products, stock value, customer insights, and brand revenue. Frequently used tasks—such as managing stock, importing products, exporting data, applying bulk discounts, opening order analytics, and viewing customers—are available from the Quick Actions panel.

Stock Management

The stock-management workspace presents product inventory in a searchable, filterable table. Products can be narrowed by category and stock status, with adjustable pagination for larger catalogs. Each row displays important operational data, including SKU, regular and sale price, stock by location, total quantity, buying price, minimum stock level, availability, and barcode status.

Stock values can be edited inline and synchronized with WooCommerce, reducing the number of steps needed for routine inventory updates. The interface also supports individual product actions, active/inactive controls, barcode resets, and automatic bulk barcode generation.

Financial Dashboard

The finance screen consolidates the figures needed to understand profitability. Its summary cards cover total revenue, product buying costs, refunds, tax, shipping collected, expenses, packaging cost, shipping cost, total orders, fulfilled orders, and net profit.

The displayed profit calculation makes the business logic transparent by accounting for cost of goods sold, per-order packaging and shipping costs, refunds, and expenses. Flexible date presets—including the last day, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and custom periods—support both quick checks and longer-term analysis. A revenue-versus-refunds chart makes trends and unusual periods easier to identify.

Order Management

The orders workspace is designed for fast fulfillment and review. Operators can select a quick date range or define custom dates, search by order number or customer, filter by order status, and control how many records appear per page. Separate views support all orders and product-performance analysis.

Orders can be exported as HTML, PDF, or CSV, including a daily PDF workflow for easier order processing. Each record shows its date, customer, item count, invoice, total, payment method, current status, and detail actions. Printing-ready invoices are generated from the order list, and the status dropdown allows updates directly from the table. New-order highlighting and a bulk “Mark All as Reviewed” action help teams keep the queue organized.

Interface highlights
