Fixed

  • terminal manage now distinguishes open, closed, and unknown window presence from restore eligibility (enabled or archived).
  • The header shows saved and open counts. Window observations refresh on opening, after successful actions, or with r.
  • Unavailable or ambiguous Sway observations show unknown rather than incorrectly reporting closed windows.
  • Details label the stored activity timestamp as Last focused. Narrow terminal layouts preserve actionable footer controls.

Existing state and configuration remain compatible; no migration is required.

Validated with the full repository gate, independent review, and regression coverage for observations, refresh, and constrained/no-color rendering.
