A fix for the editing list's cursor.

• Moving focus back and forth between the editing list and another panel no longer moves the editing list's highlighted card. It used to move on by two cards each time, when the list was sorted by where else its cards are.
• e and E no longer move the highlighted card either.
• Adding a card still moves the cursor on to the next one, so a run of adds still works down the list.
