Changed

  • Integrated upstream Herdr stable v0.8.2 (52 commits since the fork baseline), retaining the fork's structured conversation API, native metadata, history continuity, and protocol 20 compatibility.
  • Headless panes use upstream's configurable 120x40 default virtual terminal geometry.

Fixed

  • Incorporated upstream fixes for redundant terminal wakeups, hidden-pane render cadence, alternate-screen history reads, managed shell readiness, and invoking the running engine from agent hooks.
  • Agent prompts now reject blocked approval or question dialogs without sending input, while retaining the fork's attachment support.
