  • New: Work prints — save the live edit under a name from the History tab (Ctrl+Shift+S); click one to make it live, right-click to export, rename or delete. They outlive undo and an edit made after stepping back.
  • New: Library folders and metadata search — a tree of your own roots above the film strip, browsable without loading a thing, plus one query language (film:portra iso:>=400 -rejected:) that either filters the loaded roll or searches folders on disk. Ctrl+L opens the library, Alt+Up walks up. Searching an archive is a directory walk, not a hash pass.
  • New: A third zone-placement pin — places a mid tone as well as the two extremes, solving one knee control (Shadows Grade, Highlights Grade or Snap) chosen by which of them measurably moves that pin; when the asks conflict the readout reports where the pins actually land.
  • Fix: Camera scanning crash on Canon EOS — the event queue is no longer drained before the first capture; white-light captures also stop inheriting the RGB preset's shutter. @light-sntchr
  • Fix: Opening a folder selects the first frame in filmstrip order — discovery order landed mid-strip once the strip sorted by name or date. @seanharding
  • Fix: GPU test strip and colour ring-around previews render — alpha is stripped before RGB888 display. @jboneng
  • Fix: No history step for an edit that changes nothing — re-applying identical settings pushed dead rows and discarded the redo branch.
