Breaking Changes

• API Change: URL parameters changed from &dyn ToString to &str in:

  • PartialZip::new()
  • PartialZip::new_check_range()

  • PartialReader::new()
  • PartialReader::new_check_range()

  Callers using url::Url should now call .as_str() on the URL.
