Changed

• Renamed the generated root index page branding to RaiPlayPodcast, showed
  the bundled app icon in the page heading, and made apple-touch-icon.png
  come from a local generated asset instead of the official RaiPlaySound icon.
• Added Apple Podcasts app links beside root index RSS links when RSS_BASE_URL
  is configured, using the pcast:// URL scheme. They are included by default
  and can be disabled with --no-apple-podcasts or APPLE_PODCASTS=false.

• Added raiplaysound-cli outputs to regenerate RSS feeds, playlists, and the
  root index.html from already-downloaded local program folders.
• Added --target-base, --rss-base-url, and --no-apple-podcasts overrides
  to raiplaysound-cli outputs, so one-off output rebuilds can test alternate
  roots, public URLs, or Apple Podcasts index links without changing the user
  config file.

Fixed

• Kept raiplaysound-cli outputs --playlist local-only by avoiding program
  metadata and artwork refreshes unless RSS or index generation needs them.
• Made the root index page's latest episode date prefer cached Rai editorial
  episode dates when a local file can be matched to .metadata-cache.tsv,
  instead of relying only on the date embedded in the downloaded filename.
