TractEdit v1.1.1 (May 7, 2025)

This release provides bug fixes and enhancements for .trk file header reading.

  • Corrected Header Parsing: Fixes issues in reading TRK header fields like voxel_order, dimensions, voxel_sizes, and voxel_to_rasmm, correctly handling byte strings and string-encoded tuple values.
  • Enhanced voxel_order Logic:
    1. Prioritizes valid voxel_order from the TRK file header.
    2. If missing/invalid, derives voxel_order from a loaded anatomical image's affine.
    3. Defaults to 'RAS' if neither of the above is available.
  • Increased Stability: More reliable processing and defaulting of essential header fields ensure well-formed TRK files.
