Web client

  • Session parity controls. Restart the remote device, request elevation, privacy mode, block host input, lock after disconnect; display resolution and virtual-display controls, codec/quality/FPS and remote cursor options; remote system audio, explicit text-clipboard sync, browser-local session recording; and capability-gated remote terminal and camera viewing — the terminal and camera only appear when the device supports them. (#38#42, @AJV20)
  • Fullscreen. The bars slide off-screen and a small arrow at each edge brings them back; the side panel dims until hovered. Hover-reveal kept stealing the pointer from the remote desktop's own menus. (#45, @mfs85)
  • Two fixes that rode along: a "wait for the remote side to accept" response no longer clears a saved password, and a mid-session display refresh no longer overrides your display selection.

Console

  • Device detail page. Click a device's name (or the eye icon on its row): full hardware and identity facts, editable note, address-book membership, and recent connections, file transfers and alarms linking into the filtered logs. (#35)
  • Client downloads. Upload your custom builds under System → Client Downloads; they publish on a public /downloads page and an optional link under the sign-in form. Files are stored privately, streamed as attachments, and extension-allowlisted. (#43/#44, @GTNeill)
  • Devices list. The summary chips filter the list and show the active filter; pending approvals get their own chip when something is waiting (#26). New OS column, and the Device cell stops repeating what a visible column already shows (#33). New registered_ip — the address a device first appeared from, never rewritten — on the detail page, CSV export and admin API (#46).
  • Address books. An add from the RustDesk client now picks up the device's console alias instead of arriving nameless (#28).
