Epic Template Format Migration: XML → Markdown

• Epic workflow templates converted from XML to Markdown format (37% token reduction)
• Existing epic workflows using .xml templates will need migration
• All epic templates now use YAML frontmatter + Markdown structure

Epic Workflow State Tracking

• Add sprint completion tracking in /implement-epic command
• Add layer completion tracking at epic level
• Track sprint metrics: tasks, tests, contracts, duration
• Epic-level progress visibility: "Layer 2/3 complete"

Manual Gate Improvements

• Manual gates now properly initialized with auto_skipped when auto_mode: true
• Interactive mode updates gates to approved with approval metadata
• Auto-mode skips PAUSE points entirely (gates pre-marked as auto_skipped)
• Added timestamps: skipped_at for auto-skipped, approved_at for interactive
