Feedback Loop Mechanism for Epic and Feature Workflows

This release introduces a comprehensive feedback loop mechanism that enables iterative refinement of epic and feature workflows by automatically handling discovered implementation gaps during the validation phase.

  • Automatic gap capture during /validate-staging phase
