Fix

Properly disable Oh-My-OpenCode MCPs (grep_app, websearch) and osgrep.

Root Cause

The previous fix only disabled MCPs that already existed in the config. But OmO adds these MCPs dynamically at runtime.

Solution

Now pre-adds MCPs as disabled entries if they don't exist, preventing OmO from enabling them.

aidevops update

After update, grep_app, websearch, and osgrep should show as "Disabled" instead of "Connected".
