Conversational Memory Lookup (t1387)

Agents now proactively search knowledge bases when users reference past work from prior sessions ("remember when we...", "that thing we built last week").

Three-tier progressive discovery (same principle as agent context loading):

  • Tier 1 — Local cached (instant): Cross-session memory (MCP), TODO.md completed tasks
  • Tier 2 — Local indexed (fast I/O): Git history, Claude Code transcripts (JSONL), OpenCode session DB (SQLite), Observability DB
  • Tier 3 — Remote (API calls): GitHub issue comments, GitHub search

The agent matches the source to the question and stops as soon as it has enough context — no over-searching.
