Fix: Process guard setup and pulse reboot survival

Problem: 5 kernel panics in one day from ShellCheck memory bloat (2GB+ per instance) exhausting the macOS memory compressor. After each panic-reboot, the pulse never restarted (RunAtLoad=false) and the process guard (manually created, not managed by setup) ran too infrequently (120s) to catch the bloat.

Changes:

  • Pulse plist: RunAtLoad=true — restarts automatically after reboot/kernel panic
  • Process guard in setup.sh: Now managed by setup (installed for all users on next update)
    • macOS: launchd plist, 30s interval, RunAtLoad=true
    • Linux: cron entry, every minute
    • No consent prompt — safety net, not autonomous action
    • Kills ShellCheck >512MB RSS or >120s, other AI processes >8GB RSS or >2h
