Hotfix: fix readonly color variable collision in pulse-session-helper.sh

The config-helper.sh refactor (from PR #2943) sources shared-constants.sh which declares color variables as readonly. pulse-session-helper.sh then tried to redeclare them, causing runtime errors on all pulse commands.

Fix: use ${VAR+x} parameter expansion to only define colors when not already set.
