Role-Aware Health Dashboards

• Contributors running aidevops now get [Contributor:username] health dashboard issues on GitHub
• Maintainers continue to get [Supervisor:username] issues (pinned)
• Role determined via GitHub collaborator permission API, cached per repo per pulse cycle
• Fails closed to "contributor" on API errors — never grants elevated status on error

Contributor Activity Tracking

• New contributor-activity-helper.sh computes activity from immutable git commit history
• Tracks commits, active days, productive hours, and avg commits/day per contributor
• GitHub noreply emails normalise multiple author name variants to a single login
• Bot accounts (github-actions, dependabot[bot], renovate[bot], etc.) are filtered out
• Activity table embedded in health issue dashboard body as "Contributor Activity (last 30 days)"

Calibrated Task Estimates

• Analysed 340 completed tasks: median estimate/actual ratio was 2.2x (estimates were systematically too high)
• New calibrated tiers: ~15m trivial, ~30m small, ~1h medium, ~2h large, ~4h major
• Auto-subtasking threshold reduced from >4h to >2h
• Updated all planning docs and examples with calibrated values

Security Fixes

• Eliminated shell-to-Python variable injection in contributor-activity-helper.sh (now uses sys.argv)
• Removed blanket 2>/dev/null error suppression from git, python3, and gh api calls
• API path construction uses separate variable to prevent injection in _get_runner_role
