  • Structural code simplification: Refactored model-label-helper.sh — extracted 4 shared utility functions (_validate_action, _require_gh, _resolve_repo, _parse_repo_flag), optimised cmd_stats() from 40 unconditional API calls to 1 label-list + targeted queries, simplified main() dispatch from 80 to 35 lines
  • Fixed CodeRabbit findings: --repo arg validation under set -u, empty stats section headers

This is the third live test of the code-simplifier safety framework (structural tier).
