What's New

PR Salvage Detection (systemic fix)

New pr-salvage-helper.sh prevents knowledge loss by detecting closed-unmerged PRs that still have branches with recoverable code. Integrated into the pulse supervisor's prefetch cycle so salvageable PRs are automatically surfaced and acted on.

  • pr-salvage-helper.sh scan — scan repos for salvageable closed-unmerged PRs
  • pr-salvage-helper.sh prefetch — compact summary for pulse pre-fetched state
  • Risk classification: HIGH/MEDIUM/LOW based on code size and branch existence
  • Pulse guidance updated with recovery actions (reopen, cherry-pick, dispatch worker)

Memory Consolidation Phase (recovered from PR #3106)

New Phase 4 in memory-audit-pulse.sh — cross-memory insight generation via LLM. Like the brain's sleep-cycle replay, it discovers connections between memories and stores synthesized insights.

  • phase_consolidate() uses haiku-tier LLM (~$0.001/call) to scan unconsolidated memories
  • Connections stored as derives relations in learning_relations
  • New memory_consolidations table with schema migration
  • memory-helper.sh insights command for manual trigger
  • 11-test suite (all passing)
