CLI Improvements

• Unified update/upgrade commands - Both now update the framework and check registered projects for version updates
• Repo tracking system - Persistent registry in ~/.config/aidevops/repos.json
• New commands:
  • aidevops repos - List, add, remove, or clean registered projects
  • aidevops detect - Scan for unregistered aidevops projects
• Auto-detection - Tip shown when running commands in unregistered repos

Package Distribution

• npm: npm install -g aidevops
• Homebrew: brew tap marcusquinn/tap && brew install aidevops (requires tap setup)
• curl: curl -fsSL https://aidevops.sh | bash

Installation

# npm (recommended)
npm install -g aidevops

# Homebrew (after tap is configured)
brew tap marcusquinn/tap
brew install aidevops

Quick Start
