Performance: MCP Startup Optimization

Eliminates ~12-24 seconds of startup delay per OpenCode launch by installing MCP packages globally instead of using npx -y package@latest (which hits the npm registry every time).

Changes

  • MCP packages installed globally via bun install -g (or npm fallback)
  • Config uses bare binary names (portable, no hardcoded paths)
  • aidevops update-tools now tracks and updates MCP packages
  • Existing configs auto-migrated from npx/pipx to bare binaries on next setup.sh run
