Fixed

  • Log gh API errors instead of silently swallowing them in pulse-wrapper.sh (GH#15106)

Replaces 11 silent 2>/dev/null || fallback=[] patterns with error-captured variants that log to LOGFILE while still providing safe fallback values. Follows the pattern established in GH#15060.
