  • refactor: split pulse.md into lightweight pulse + daily pulse-sweep (GH#15287)
    • Create pulse-sweep.md (~527 lines): full daily sweep agent with all edge-case handling
    • Slim pulse.md to 376 lines (<400): dispatch and merge instructions for stall-triggered invocations
    • Update pulse-wrapper.sh to route daily sweeps to /pulse-sweep and stall triggers to /pulse
