  • Sync simplification-state hashes for pulumi-gotchas chapters (GH#14797)

Fixes incorrect git blob hash values stored in simplification-state.json for pulumi-gotchas index and 8 chapter files, preventing repeated false-positive recheck triggers from the complexity scanner.
