DESIGN.md Standard & Design Library

Adopt the Google Stitch DESIGN.md format as the standard for AI-readable design systems.

New

  • Design library: 54 brand examples + 12 style archetypes (corporate, agency, startup, developer, editorial, luxury, playful)
  • Core agent (design-md.md): format spec, 4 creation methods, preview generation, browser automation workflow
  • Palette tooling: colour-palette.md + colormind-helper.sh (AI palette generation, hue spins, WCAG contrast) + design-preview-helper.sh (Playwright screenshots, light/dark, WebP/AVIF)
  • Init seeding: aidevops init now creates a DESIGN.md skeleton in every new repo
  • CREDITS.md: Attribution file for all ingested sources (Google Stitch, VoltAgent, Colormind, Fontjoy, Brandmark, Looka, etc.)
  • Logo tools: Brandmark, Looka references for AI logo generation

Updated

  • 7 existing design/UI agents cross-referenced for progressive discovery
  • brand-identity.md: DESIGN.md as downstream output
  • ui-ux-inspiration.md: URL-to-DESIGN.md workflow
  • design-inspiration.md: library references + colour/typography/logo tool sections
