Bug Fixes

  • dispatch: Restore gitignored node_modules in worktrees — unblock 15 stuck issues

Workers were crashing 100% because git worktrees don't include gitignored directories. .opencode/node_modules/ was missing from every worktree, causing OpenCode tool loading to fail. 15 of 27 open issues were stuck in dispatch-fail loops, 9 falsely escalated to tier:thinking. Fix copies node_modules from canonical repo after worktree creation/reset.
