• GH#20057: reduce function complexity in pulse-merge-feedback.sh by extracting 4 shared helpers (_append_feedback_to_issue, _transition_issue_for_redispatch, _close_and_label_feedback_pr, _build_ci_feedback_section). The three feedback-dispatch functions now drop under the 100-line function-complexity-gate threshold: _dispatch_pr_fix_worker 134→86, _dispatch_ci_fix_worker 108→59. Test harness define_helpers_under_test() generalized to iterate over a list of functions for future refactors.
