Bug Fixes
Discovered skills (a user's or project's own skills, registered as commands) were being labelled with the (Systematic - Skill) prefix, which falsely implied that Systematic had authored them. That prefix is now dropped entirely for discovered skills, and the command instead surfaces the skill's own description as-is.
Bundled Systematic skills-as-commands also had their labelling tightened: the - Skill qualifier is removed, so their prefix now reads simply (Systematic), matching how bundled plain commands are already labelled. isSystematicCommandConfig was updated to recognize only the (Systematic) prefix going forward — the retired (Systematic - Skill) label needs no migration path, since OpenCode applies config-hook mutations in memory on each load and never persists them, so a previously-injected entry can never reappear in existing config. Discovered commands are consequently left unmarked and are added if absent rather than refreshed or cleaned across reloads, which is safe because every launch rebuilds the command config from disk and simply omits any skills that were deleted (#594).
