Bug Fixes

skills/ce-plan/references/deepening-workflow.md referenced 24 agents using a ce- prefix that matched no bundled agent — names like ce-spec-flow-analyzer, ce-deployment-verification-agent, and ce-architecture-strategist had never existed. skills/deepen-plan/SKILL.md carried the same roster in its correct, canonical form, revealing the ce--prefixed list as a stale duplicate that content-integrity checks never caught: checkReferenceIntegrity only validates the qualified systematic:<category>:<name> shape, so references written any other way rot in place unnoticed. Converting the 24 references to the qualified form brought them under the gate, verified by deliberately introducing a wrong category and confirming CI now fails with the file, line, and missing-agent path — a failure mode that could not fire before this fix.

Two related defects of the same class were corrected alongside it. skills/agent-native-audit/SKILL.md dispatched a subagent type (Explore) that doesn't exist in the bundle; it now dispatches systematic:research:repo-research-analyst, whose purpose matches the read-only codebase enumeration the skill performs. skills/ce-review/SKILL.md and skills/ce-ideate/SKILL.md instructed orchestrators to pass a model: parameter to the task tool, but the tool accepts no such parameter — the unactionable instruction caused dispatch to silently fall back to a generic model rather than the user's configured assignment. Both skills now dispatch named bundled agents directly, since that is the mechanism that actually causes per-agent model configuration to apply. ce:compound's Phase 1 also named three researcher roles in prose with no concrete identifier, which invited silent substitution with a different model tier and had already produced a materially wrong classification in a real run; each role now binds to a specific agent (e.g., Related Docs Finder resolves to systematic:research:learnings-researcher).

Two accompanying documentation updates capture the underlying lessons for future contributors. One records that an unvalidated complement to a validated surface accumulates rot silently — 24 dead references sat undetected in one file because the integrity checker only recognizes one reference spelling. The other documents a lint-baseline discrepancy: bun run lint walks the filesystem rather than the git index, so a gitignored build-staging directory inflated a locally-reported warning count (17 vs. 11 on a clean checkout) in a way that looked like tooling drift but wasn't. A follow-up fix made the verification snippet in that second doc portable by replacing BSD-only sed -i '' syntax with perl -pi -e, which behaves identically on GNU and BSD systems, and added the restore-and-recheck step that had been described but not shown.
