Bug Fixes
Workflow guard status now preserves the first failure encountered while seeding remote-operation scope. Instead of reducing every seeding problem to an unexplained guard-unavailable result, systematic_workflow_status reports a bounded diagnostic with the failure site and kind, the affected operation or observer reason when available, and whether the probe timed out. This makes intermittent Host Contract failures actionable without exposing raw command output, paths, environment values, or tokens.
The change is diagnostic only: existing failure branches, tolerance rules, timeouts, and control flow remain unchanged. The first-cause record stays outside receipt and marker envelopes, so integrity digests, schemas, and the workflow protocol version are unaffected.
