What's new

A maintenance release. No plugin behavior changes — this release repins dependencies, refreshes the vendored bundle that the ce:review artifact validator runs, and completes a Biome configuration schema migration.

Bug Fixes

The scheduled Renovate sweep in #982 moved zod from 4.6.1 to 4.6.2. Because skills/ce-review/scripts/validate-review.mjs ships a vendored, pre-bundled copy of its validation dependency so the script can run standalone, that bundle was regenerated in the same commit and now matches the zod build the package itself depends on. The sweep also repinned the bfra-me/.github reusable workflows consumed by renovate.yaml and update-repo-settings.yaml from v4.27.0 to v4.28.0, keeping the automation workflows current with their upstream pinned SHAs.

Miscellaneous Chores

Biome configuration was migrated to the current schema in #975. The deprecated linter.rules.recommended field was replaced with the equivalent preset: "recommended" form, and the biome.json schema reference advanced from 2.5.1 to 2.5.12 to match the installed toolchain. The existing lint policy is preserved verbatim — noExcessiveCognitiveComplexity and noNonNullAssertion remain warnings. Verification for that change covered lint, typecheck, the unit suite, build, content integrity, registry and generated-artifact drift checks, and the docs build.

Biome itself then advanced to 2.5.13 in #980, landing after the schema migration so the config and the linter stayed in step.
