Bug Fixes

The build hardens Claude Code agent flattening: it now parses frontmatter and enforces uniqueness on the NFC + case-folded dispatch identity (both file stem and frontmatter name), failing closed when a name is missing, empty, or the wrong type. This guards against silent overwrites from case- or Unicode-folded collisions on case-insensitive filesystems. Bundle staging is now genuinely atomic — the prior bundle is renamed aside (not deleted) before the new one swaps in and restored on any swap failure — and the rename-aside step itself was folded inside the same try/catch so a stray staging directory can never leak, whether the failure happens in the write loop, the aside setup, or the swap itself. The SessionStart hook also drops its startup-only matcher so its declarative state facts fire on all sources (startup, resume, clear, compact), matching Claude Code's own convention for the "all sources" form. No behavior change on the clean corpus (151 files, 37 agents, 31 skills). (#670)

Documentation

This release ships an arc of workflow-first documentation across the banner, root docs, and docs site. The banner tagline now reads "Compound-Engineering Workflows for OpenCode, Pi, and Claude Code" (previously OpenCode-only), the empty Commands feature pill is replaced with Workflows, and the byte-identical duplicate banner in the docs site is removed in favor of a single source. (#668)

README, ARCHITECTURE, and STRUCTURE are brought current with the workflow-first framing across all three delivery surfaces. README now leads with the ce:* workflow as Systematic's identity, with harnesses framed as supporting delivery surfaces; Quick Install gains the Claude Code marketplace path, and the First-Run Checklist is harness-agnostic. ARCHITECTURE documents the three-harness delivery model (OpenCode plugin, Pi setup, Claude Code CI-built marketplace bundle), and STRUCTURE adds the .claude-plugin/ directory and its build script. (#667)

The docs site landing page and Installation guide now lead with the ce:* compound-engineering pipeline (brainstorm, plan, work, review), demoting the supported harnesses to a supporting mention. The dedicated pi-harness and claude-code-harness guide pages are removed — their install steps folded into Installation, their boundary detail (Pi's "honest parity differences", Claude Code's layered/capability-boundary model) consolidated into HARNESSES.md — with their URLs redirected to Installation. Usage sections across Installation are made harness-aware (prerequisites, asset discovery, first-workflow loop) rather than speaking only for OpenCode. (#666)

Two learnings from this docs arc are captured for reuse: authored .mdx GFM tables rendered as raw pipe text until remark-gfm was wired into the Astro markdown pipeline, and OpenCode's plugin config key is singular plugin (not plugins) — the plural is silently ignored so the plugin never loads. (#669)
