v3.2.4
What's new
Bug Fixes
The document-review skill now uses a single findings contract from reviewer output through synthesis. Previously, the shipped reviewer schema and prompts still produced legacy vocabulary — decimal confidence scores and auto/present autofix values — while synthesis expected the newer contract, so valid reviewer findings were misclassified as malformed and silently dropped.
This change makes the JSON Schema authoritative and aligns every producer and consumer surface to it: discrete confidence anchors (0, 25, 50, 75, 100), canonical autofix classes (safe_auto, gated_auto, manual), and consistent producer guidance, headless behavior, synthesis examples, and presentation templates across all seven reviewer personas. Legacy decimal confidence and auto/present values are now strictly rejected, and auto-class findings that omit a suggested fix are deterministically demoted rather than passed through inconsistently (#679).
