v3.21.0
What's new
Features
OpenCode now delivers the complete text of skills loaded through systematic_skill, including large skills such as ce:review and ce:plan that previously arrived truncated by OpenCode's tool-output cap. The tool restores its saved result only when OpenCode marked it as truncated and the preview matches; explicit user-configured output limits remain in effect. systematic_skill also accepts optional arguments for skill placeholders, while commands for discovered skills now include the full skill body. A related workflow-guard fix lets skills larger than 32 KB start guarded workflows. The ce:review snippet was adjusted so command argument substitution does not erase its awk variables. (#1029)
Documentation
Three new solution notes capture lessons about reviewing worktree diffs, expressing a guarantee through merge order and field-additive merging, and sharing constants across dependency boundaries. Two existing notes now reflect current configuration behavior: protected fields are stripped with a warning rather than rejecting the load, and opted-in project profile bundles can fill unset user fields. Citation paths and declaration references were corrected so readers can follow them from the repository root. (#1013, #1016)
Continuous Integration
Fro Bot's comment-trigger fork check now distinguishes false from a missing fork flag. This allows comments on same-repository PRs to run the agent, while fork PRs and missing head-repository data remain refused. (#1030)
