Bug Fixes

The workflow-guard transform hook now fails closed. experimental.chat.system.transform runs inside a try/catch so host-side errors are swallowed the same way event/after hooks already handle them, instead of propagating and potentially destabilizing the session. The inline session SDK double-casts that had been duplicated across call sites were also replaced with a single shared SessionReadMethod boundary type, now used consistently for both messages and children reads. Behavior is unchanged -- this is a type-safety and consistency cleanup (#698).
