Write-capable delegation now requires an explicit workspace attestation before changes are accepted. Delegation briefs must name the expected workspace and return actual-root/file-change attestation, and both the expected and source checkouts are independently verified before a delegated change is trusted — closing a gap where a worktree path named in a prompt was treated as proof that changes actually landed there. The fix also documents the distinction between fresh plugin processes, clean conversations, and same-session restart recovery, since restarting OpenCode reloads plugin code while preserving resumed conversation history, and those two paths need separate stale-session recovery handling.
