• Stack split view panes in shared columns by @marein in 6e77547.
  • Drag a pane by its head, sideways stacks it in another column, up and down sorts it, a drop on the edge opens a new column.
  • New shell here and New coder here add a terminal to that column, the same entries in the split tab's menu open a new column.
  • The rows setting counts the page now, so stacked panes share those lines.
• Assistant turns survive unknown coder output by @marein in 878393f.
  • One unreadable line ended the turn, such lines are skipped now.
