Closing — this is still the half-upgrade that breaks lint.

It takes eslint 9 → 10 and eslint-config-next 15 → 16 while next stays on 15. eslint 10 removed the eslintrc API that next lint from next 15 still drives, so lint dies with Unknown options: useEslintrc before reading a file. That already happened in #161 and had to be pinned back in #168.

The grouping added in #170 is working — this PR is correctly titled nextjs-toolchain, so the group matched. It could not pull next in because #166 (opened before that change) already claims the next bump, and dependabot won't propose the same upgrade twice.

Closing #166 as well. Once both are gone the next scheduled run can group next + eslint + eslint-config-next into one PR that actually passes.
