Qemu qcow2 with experimental grub2-efi boot

NOTE: this pre-release might be short-lived as it is just a prove of concept
It has a (close to upstream) minimal grub2, can not get it up with grub2 of the main repository's;
This also means grubby probably does not update grub2.cfg upon new kernel installation.
Nethserver System-init is not enabled by default, to initialize Nethserver type (as root user):
touch /var/spool/first-boot and reboot
(Nethserver System-init can take up to 5 minutes!)
