continuous-delivery

continuous-delivery example using release-it

oclif Version CircleCI Downloads/week License

Release

To do a release run:

yarn release patch --ci

To create release note run

yarn release patch --ci --github.release

To automate the above create a Personal Access Token at https://github.com/settings/tokens with repo.

Save this in .env.secrets as GITHUB_TOKEN

then run with env-cmd

npx env-cmd -f .env.secrets yarn release patch --ci --github.release

This will use the generate-release-notes.sh script to access the latest release and use that to create the release notes.

Minor and Major

To do a minor or major release just change patch to be minor or major
