Remove the MCP server; the wikidown CLI is the only agent surface

Wikidown.Mcp wrapped the same Core calls the CLI exposes, and every tool
had a CLI verb except walk, which the CLI now has. Drop the project, its
package pin, pack/release steps, sample host configs, .mcp.json and
.vscode/mcp.json, and the /MCP-Server wiki page. Rewrite the shared
skill, Claude subagent, and Copilot agent/chat mode CLI-first: Bash and
runCommands instead of wiki_* tools, a "no shell: suggest commands"
fallback for chat-only hosts, and a note that page paths may omit the
leading slash (Git Bash rewrites /Foo). wikidown init stops writing MCP
configs. Bump VersionPrefix to 0.8.0 and add release notes.
