Improved installation process for Ubuntu
for ubuntu or other Linux, download the TGZ file, expand it into $HOME/RMSMonitor, and then run RMSMonitor/install.sh. You'' need python 3.7 or later installed.
For Windows, download the zip file and expand it into a location of your choice. Then open the sample ini file, replace the camera IDs with your own, and save it as "rmsmonitor.ini" - NB: you must put quotemarks round the name when saving it to prevent Windows secretly renaming the file to .txt or .sample.
