SLURM-executor hardening from the 2026-07-09 adversarial review: squeue
fail-safes, immutable per-submission job specs, resubmit guard, proved
aftercorr, arrays-everywhere, spec pruning. Plus the info four-state
partition (recorded patch-lane exception in compatibility.md). No schema
changes, no new rerun triggers.

Pre-tag review of v0.8.0..HEAD done (2026-07-10): findings fixed in
c08f114 (elementwise proof holes, sidecar robustness) and the info --json
change recorded as an exception. Done todos pruned to todos_archive.md.
