Add the remake[examples] extra (xarray, netCDF4, h5netcdf, zarr<3, dask,
pyyaml) so the bundled examples install in one command, and ship the
examples fixes from a0a30b1 (unique rule names, working ex5, post-0.8.0
README). Docs/packaging only — no src changes.

Also drops the mandatory pre-tag review for patch releases (roadmap.md):
the per-commit hook + a compatibility.md patch-rules check suffice;
reviews for point releases are by judgement now.
