SemanticStart v1.1.5
Portable, self-contained Windows builds for AMD64 (win-x64) and ARM64 (win-arm64). No .NET runtime required.
Install: download the zip for your processor, unblock it (Properties -> Unblock, or Unblock-File), extract anywhere, and run SemanticStart.App.exe. It lives in the tray and builds its index on first run, downloading the embedding model once.
