Changes since v0.4.0-beta.4:

• Improve -v/--verbose messages and add --report option (very simple JSON reports)
• Rename seqhash_both to seqhash_min (for checking equality irrespective of sequence strand)
• Avoid truncated output with cmp command (bugfix)
• Added script for comparing the pattern search with other tools (Cutadapt, USEARCH)
  in order to further validate the find command
