Go envelope v1.156 — canonical branding and edge artwork

Uses the supplied Janus logo unchanged in every visible brand lockup. Header and lower-sidebar artwork now cover their full edge-bound regions with proportional cropping and narrow four-edge opacity fades. Includes responsive and short-height layout hardening.
