MyRemoteDesk: build Windows and macOS only, add a run-on-demand workflow

The customers this client is for are on Windows and Mac, so the iOS,
Android, Linux, AppImage, Flatpak, web and 32-bit Sciter jobs are switched
off with 'if: ${{ false }}'. That keeps the build to four jobs instead of
fourteen and removes failures for platforms we do not ship.

Still built:
  generate-bridge, build-RustDeskTempTopMostWindow,
  build-for-windows-flutter (x86_64 + aarch64),
  build-for-macOS (Intel + Apple Silicon)

Adds .github/workflows/myremotedesk-build.yml so the build can be started
by hand from the Actions tab.
