Disabled Loadpoints
With the latest evcc release it's possible to disable your loadpoint (via the configuration). Obviously a disabled loadpoint should no longer be available also in the HA integration. With this release there is a new binary entity that will show the state of the loadpoint configuration. When the loadpoint is disabled the integration will only add this new binary entry (check for disabled_in_config).
When you disable a loadpoint in the evcc configuration, you must 1) restart evcc and 2) restart the HA integration in order that the changes will take effect in both systems.
Bugfix for min/max current select entities
As reported again in #3 the min/max current select entity options did no longer update (based in selected the values). Looks like that this never worked, when there had been more then a single loadpoint. So shame on me! and thanks for reporting this again. Finally this is fixed for now (we will see, when I will break it again).
