Odometer fix

Make sure that the Odometer sensor has only one direction: UP. This will solve issue #164 - Kudos @lgladdy

Fixed Units for Energy Sensors

The Energy Sensors had the wrong unit of measurement - was Power (W) - but the correct unit of of course Wh - Again Kudos @lgladdy - for finding and fixing it in a PR!

Added Norway

As additional European country - no functional changes are expected - Kudos @iMelsom - this will solve #163
